Tomato Thokku

Bored of eating chutney with idli- dosa? Here's a very easy thokku recipe. Kids enjoy this as well.
Sputter mustard seeds in some warm oil. Add curry leaves, 1/4 tsp methi/ fenugreek seeds, a couple of pinches of Hing/asafoetida, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, some salt. Fry for a minute. Add 5 finely chopped tomatoes, appropriate amount of salt and cook for 5-8 minutes. Thokku is ready. Serves 3-4 ppl. Learnt from Roopa Shanbhag.
